This policy covers all online, email, and phone event bookings. To secure an event or order, a 25% non-refundable deposit is mandatory within 24 hours of receiving the invoice.

 

Full payment is required to be paid in full 14 days before the event and 30 days for weddings.  Failure to complete payments at this point will lead to a termination of the contract or incur extra charges if we have to do last minute preparations due to late payment. This will be at the discretion of The Pizza Party Co.

On the day of your event, if we serve more guests than those stipulated on the original booking, you will be charged per extra head at the going rate for the package. Children should also be accounted for in guest numbers.

We recognise that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to cancellations or rescheduling.

 

Here are the time frames we adhere to:

Cancellations within 14 days of the event will incur a 100% charge of the invoice.
 

Cancellations between 15-21 days before the event will result in a 50% charge of the invoice or the option to reschedule.

Cancellations over 21+ days will be refunded minus the holding deposit or the option to reschedule.

Rescheduling requires a new deposit for the revised date. If the new date is cancelled, no refund option will be available.
 

Wedding cancellations within 30 days will be charged at 50% of the invoice.

Please allow up to 14 working days for refunds to reflect on your statement. Refunds will be processed minus the non-refundable deposit if any payments were made. If only the holding deposit was paid, no refund will be issued as it is non-refundable.

Note: The Pizza Party Co reserves the right to decide on refunds. While events can be canceled or rescheduled, we may offer consulting and coordination services to facilitate cancellations or refunds at our discretion.
